We are not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s).
We are not responsible for lost/ damaged packages.
If your item does arrive damaged, contact us as soon as possible!
If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email us. Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps me attend to your needs quicker, send proof of your order, and information, and a picture of the items that you received. We will make it right!
Package Sent Back?
When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.
We are not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.
If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting us. The Consumer has 24 hours to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for any allergies or injuries of ANY KIND.
From the legal deadline, you have the right to return the goods purchased from the e-shop within 14 days of receipt (that is, to withdraw from the contract). And without giving a reason.
Return procedure:
You should send us a notice of withdrawal from the purchase contract electronically at anniecatco@gmail.com. The email should contain the following information:

order number
-
contact information
-
information on whether it is an exchange, return or complaint of the goods

description of the defect

account number (if different from the account from which the order was paid) to which we should return the money
Send the returned goods to us at the address of our shop (ask the address in email). We recommend returning the returned goods in the original packaging, undamaged, including any accessories and capable of resale. Don't forget to put the invoice and return form.
Withdrawal from the purchase contract must be delivered to us no later than the last day of the 14-day period. It is not enough to just send it on this day. The goods can be returned later by mutual agreement. If the 14-day period ends on a weekend or holiday, the next working day is taken as the last day of the period. In order to comply with the deadline, it is decisive when the withdrawal from the contract is delivered to us.
We have a legal time limit of 30 days to process a request when returning goods. This deadline runs if we have all the documents from you. In most cases, however, we can handle the processing faster.
The condition for successful acceptance of returned goods and payment of money back to your account is that you have not damaged the purchased item in any way.
Please take into account that standard returns only work for goods that can then be sold repeatedly (this is not a complaint but a return without giving a reason). Does not apply to digital goods.
